Dig It! Coffee Co. grand opening celebration will be held this Saturday, September 24

Dig It! Coffee Co. is now serving “kindness, coffee and inclusion” in the Las Vegas Arts District. Located at shareDowntown in the former Golden Fog space, Dig It! Coffee is modeled on inclusivity, with an emphasis on providing jobs for individuals with disabilities.
A grand opening celebration will be held this Saturday, September 24 at 10 a.m. with a ribbon cutting, drink specials and more.
Owner Taylor Gardner Chaney was inspired by her younger sister, Lindsay, who was born with Down syndrome. Taylor created nonprofit The Garden Foundation to aide adults with disabilities. Dig It! was initially a vocational training program for the nonprofit that expanded into pop-ups at events. Now, Dig It! has grown into its own company.
“Dig It! Coffee Co. is more than a cup of coffee—it’s an experience with a purpose,” Taylor said in a media release. “Through coffee and connection, we offer a new perspective on what inclusion looks like in the workplace … We’re able to teach work and life skills such as communication, customer service, money handling, teamwork, and self-confidence while serving customers seriously good locally roasted coffee.”
Dig It! serves coffee from local family-owned roasters Sin City Coffee, with an extensive menu that boasts inventive drinks such as:
• Dirt Cup Latte: dark chocolate, white chocolate, espresso, cookie crumble, whipped cream and gummy worms
• Mariposa Latte: vanilla, butterfly pea tea, and tropical coconut tea
• Strawberry Latte: strawberry, espresso, and chocolate dipped strawberry
• Golden Latte: vanilla, turmeric chai, ginger, and espresso
• Flutter Nutter Latte: vanilla, white chocolate, peanut butter, and espresso
There’s also a variety of “Magical Matcha” drinks, lemonades and pressed juices, along with pastries, sandwiches and charcuterie boards from local businesses Whiskful Thinking Cakes, Shey’s Kitchen and The Custom Confectionary.
The space itself matches the bright personalities of its staff with photo-worthy walls, disco balls and bursts of color for a vibrant and uplifting vibe.

Dig It! Coffee Co. is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1300 S. Casino Center Blvd. #100.
