St. Jude sets a goal of $35,000 to ensure no family receives a hospital bill for treatments
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is adding Las Vegas star power to its continuing fight against childhood cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. The organization has tapped some of the city’s most-recognized media personalities, including Off the Strip founder Jenna Nye, to drive community support and raise money for the second-annual Stitched Presents: Suit Up for Jude.
As of Monday, March 10, Nye was more than halfway toward her goal of raising $2,500 for the organization. Donations can be made online throughout the month of March and by visiting designer clothing brand Stitched at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Tivoli Las Vegas.
“When we come together as a community, we can tackle these overwhelming problems in ways that individual families cannot.”
Jenna Nye
“Every child deserves the chance to be a child, and every parent deserves to live without anxiety and uncertainty,” Nye says. “When we come together as a community, we can tackle these overwhelming problems in ways that individual families cannot.”
“That’s why we must take the opportunity to stand up, suit up and do the right thing.”

St. Jude has set a goal of $35,000 for this year’s campaign, and all funds will ensure that no family ever receives a bill from the hospital for treatment, travel, housing and food.
