15 Things To Do This Weekend in Las Vegas After Dark

Carlos Santana returns to the House of Blues, French Montana hits up Drai's Nightclub and Marquee Nightclub hosts 'Night Circus'

So, how about this Adele business? The singer’s uber-hyped Weekends With Adele residency at The Colosseum should be entering Weekend No. 2, but we all know how that’s playing out.

We’re not here to blame anyone, only to offer some alternative entertainment for fans that are keeping their flight and hotel reservations following Adele’s cancelation. If you’re one of them, don’t panic, there’s plenty more fun to be had on the Strip this weekend.

Here’s what you’ll want to get into.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 28

HEAR: At a time when residencies are getting canceled left and right, you can always depend on the GOAT Carlos Santana, who returns to the House of Blues stage this weekend after dark. He’ll be there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 7 p.m., $99.50-$180, houseofblues.com

Legendary rock group STYX kicks off their residency at The Venetian Theatre on Friday, but this is no ordinary residency. The group has paired with guitar goddess Nancy Wilson of Heart for their Vegas run. That’s two iconic acts in one setting. How can you say no? 8 p.m., $75+ venetianlasvegas.com

“Get ready to rumble Metalheads” boasts the poster for Friday’s Wacken Metal Battle at Backstage Bar & Billiards on Fremont Street, featuring the sounds of Achromatica, Dr. Phobic & the Phobic-Tones, Godless Throne, and Silent Movie Cinema. 6 p.m., $15-$30, eventbrite.com

Longtime Jerry Garcia Band member Melvin Seals brings those JGB sounds to Brooklyn Bowl on the Strip. 7:30 p.m., $30-$35, brooklynbowl.com

DANCE: It’s gonna get hot at Drai’s Nightclub when Nelly returns to the stage for a Friday night show, so take off all your clothes, if you feel that’s necessary. 10:30 p.m., $40-$60, draisgroup.com

And NGHTMRE returns to Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM Grand. 10:30 p.m., $25-$40, hakkasangroup.com

SATURDAY, JANUARY 29

It’s “Doja Cat Night” at Brooklyn Bowl. Bonus points if your cosplay is inspired by the “Mooo!” video. 9 p.m., $12.50-$17.50, brooklynbowl.com

DANCE: French Montana is still riding high off the release of his latest, They Got Amnesia, and if you’re lucky you’ll hear a few tracks when the artist returns to Drai’s Nightclub. 10:30 p.m., $40-$60, draisgroup.com

What’s with the Diplo dig GQ? Fashion and grooming editors may not love his look, but Las Vegas audiences will show the artist what love looks like when he returns to Wynn’s XS Nightclub on Saturday night. 10:30 p.m., $45-$65, wynnsocial.com

If you’re at Caesars and depressed about Adele, just leave all those sad feelings in your room and get over to OMNIA Nightclub, where Steve Aoki will make you feel so much better. 10:30 p.m., $30-$50, hakkasangroup.com

Or, you can get down with Tiësto, who returns to his Zouk Nightclub residency this weekend after dark. 10:30 p.m., $50-$75, zoukgrouplv.com
