StarBase Hosts Hybrid/Virtual Pride Festivities in Vegas

Celebrate with the LGBTQ+ community online

From June 25 until June 27, StarBase and Dreamland will present the first hybrid live/virtual reality Pride event PrideXR. Along with other presenters, BudLight Seltzer and InterPride — a non-profit organization producing Pride events such as marches, parades, festivals and more. 

This event can be experienced in two different ways. One way to participate in the Pride party is through a customized virtual world via a VR headset. Another way to celebrate is to attend in-person at StarBase event center.

All three days will feature different live entertainment both through simulation and in-person.The first day Failed to Render comics will perform stand-up comedy followed by beats from DJ Celeste, DJ Skye and a performance by trap artist DAmire MAjor plus others. The second day “Faabulous!” star Edie with host an LGBTQ+ dance party which will also be a hybrid of virtual and live performances by DAmire Majore, Kristine Mirelle, Vanessa Lynae and several DJs.

On the final day of PrideXR, Edie will host “Taste of the Rainbow Brunch” with live performances and special guest Australian actress Mandahla Rose at DW Bistro with a two-hour open bar.

Friday, June 25 at 7 p.m. – Failed to Render Comedy Show
Tickets: $35 plus a complimentary drink

Saturday, June 26 at 6 p.m. until 2 a.m. – Starfire Saturday
Tickets: $39.05 with a complimentary drink

Sunday, June 27 at 11 a.m to 2 p.m. – A Taste of the Rainbow Brunch
Tickets: $80


For a three day pass, it costs $99 and includes general admission to all events. The VR simulations of the parties are free, but registration is required.
