Hey my name is Stephanie I just moved from Los Angeles late January(alone) I have a furnished 2bd/2bath. You will have your own bed/bath on opposite side of apt divided by full kitchen/big living RM w projector TV and cool lighting. I just want someone clean but I am a night owl and 420/party friendly as long as you keep it in your room and don't cause problems/steal. I am super laid back but love to have fun. If you have a car thats a big bonus because I don't lol and can pay you at times for rides or discount rent or we can go have fun lol. My sleeping hrs are weird and I don't mind what time you come in or out but I also like my privacy and don't want random people's hanging out though. The door locks from inside your room but I can/you can put new door w keys on room if you want. Big closet. Brand new queen bed I just ordered from Amazon/new bedding and two side tables. Just be cool, respectful, I sleep alot and have a couple ppl over sometimes whenever I want but pretty much stay in my room and you can have all the privacy you want. I'm a cool girl tattooed outspoken but private/keep my home as my safety zone. 420/friendly. And clean. If you're cool and wna go out/gamble or whatever I'm down sometimes. Night owl. I love stocks/crypto/shopping/music/helping people/good lighting and am the good kinda weird. Strong believer in KARMA. Not judgemental but hate liars and thieves. Aries ENFP personality type lol. Trying to find a Chihuahua maybe for the apt. One person for the room. Tons of storage space. My apt is less than a 5 min walk from the Gold Coast,maybe 10 min walk max to Palms or Rio as well as Walgreens,Wahoo's,Del Taco ax the St. Neighboring (literally) Gold Coast. Balcony. I smoke cigarettes inside my room and you can too or on patio. 1st floor. Plenty of covered parking right out front of apt. Hmu anytime if interested and tell me about yourself etc... I'm super cool just be real and who knows it could be fun and helpful for both of us!
