Daily Snack: New Grab-and-Go to Debut With a Bāng

Bāng Bar is opening in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on April 1

By OTS Staff

Originally a New York City dining destination and inspired by global street foods, Momofuku’s Bāng Bar is bringing its fast-casual grab-and-go energy to Las Vegas, opening in Block 16 urban food hall inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on April 1. It is no joke, and it is the first West Coast location.

The Deets

• The menu consists of Asian-inspired flavors, often with freshly baked bāng bread.

• Guests can enjoy spit-roasted meat or spicy eggplant in a wrap or rice bowl.

• Drinks include draft beer, Blood Orange Negroni and Yuzu Lemonade.

• Bāng Bar also offers a variety of sides, including pickled shishito peppers and stewed chickpeas with flatbread.
