Sip on a Silver & Black Margarita while at the game

Las Vegas-based mixologist, Tony Abou-Ganim, conceived three Raider-themed cocktails for Allegiant Stadium: Bloody Fist Mary, “Chucky” and Silver & Black Margarita.
Made for the Raiders Stadium, Abou-Ganim adds a silver and black volcanic sea salt to the Bloody Fist Mary. He notes that the Raiders’ salt has a “lovely flavor.” This unique seasoning with the football’s team colors is a nice touch.
The Bloody Fist Mary is a mix of Dina Mina’s organic blend (also added in their Micheladas), Absolut Vodka, Demitri’s Bloody Mary seasoning, lemon juice, silver and black salt garnished with a lemon wedge and an olive.
Paying homage to Raider coach Jon Gruden (whose intense expressions paired with his reddish hair earned him a nickname inspired by the “Child’s Play” doll), the “Chucky” cocktail is a whisky based drink with Gentleman Jack, Marie Brizard Apry liqueur infused with apricots, ginger beer, fresh lemon juice garnished with wild Italian Amarena Black Cherries. This is a great sip to kick off a game.
The Silver & Black Margarita with Casamigos Tequila, Cointreau–an orange-flavored triple sec liqueur, lime juice with silver and black sea salt is a fun take on a classic cocktail. The citrus flavors mingle harmoniously with the smooth tequila. It is sure to become a new fan favorite. Plus the drink pairs nicely with Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger’s BBQ Mexicana fare at the stadium.
