Off the Strip’s CEO and Founder, Jenna Nye, visits Delhi Indian Cuisine, which is a local favorite serving reasonably priced specials bursting with flavor in every bite. Best known for their Lunch buffet, this restaurant serves a variety of Indian and Nepali fare seasoned with care like their fresh Garlic Naan bread.

Delhi Indian Cuisine is home of the only Indian Brunch Special in town and their special comes with the guest’s choice of bottomless Champagne, soda or Lassi (a traditional Indian yogurt-based drink).

Jenna stepped behind the scenes and helped whip up three of their most popular dishes: Lamb Vindaloo made with boneless lamb meat cooked in tangy-spicy tomato vindaloo sauce with potato; Tandori Chicken prepared chicken marinated overnight in yogurt, herbs and spices and baked in a traditional clay oven called Tandoor topped with mint and Tamarind Chutney; and Veggie Coconut Curry created with a variety of veggies cooked in an onion-tomato rich sauce with coconut cream. Hands down, her favorite is the Veggie Coconut Curry.
