Step into an Oasis at the Tiki Bar Pop-Up Coming this June

Try one (or two) of their ten different island-themed drinks

By OTS Staff

From June 3 until July 4, for only one month, The Front Yard at Ellis Island Hotel, Casino & Brewery will transform the restaurant on the second floor into a tiki pop-up bar, The Island. While entering this tropical wonder, guests will be welcomed by a 15-foot swordfish and staff dressed in Hawaiian-themed apparel. Tiki vignettes will be set up around the venue for photo ops and they will be serving island themed food and beverages.

Highlights on the new menu include: Teriyaki Chicken Burger, Tiki Quesadilla and Coconut Shrimp. To accompany tropical tastings, guests can choose from 10 different island-inspired specialty drinks. Another option will be Ellis Island’s popular beer selections served in unique glassware created specially for the tiki bar.

The pop-up bar will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to midnight; Mondays from 10 a.m. to 3pm and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and Tuesdays through Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Make a reservation through OpenTable to secure a spot. Keep up with the festivities by following the new pop-up bar on Instagram.
