Dragon Tiger Noodle serves to build your own noodle bowls with four different styles of broth on a draught system similar to beer. Choose from udon, fire noodles, rice noodles, ramen and shirataki—a low-carb yam noodle with broths such as tonkotsu pork, beef pho, chicken Chinese and Thai yum. Then, throw in proteins, veggies and toppings for a customized soupy experience. Go Cavewoman for a Meaty Monday at One Steakhouse
Conceived by restaurateur brothers, Michael and David Morton, One Steakhouse is open at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Replacing their first venture MB Steak, the 9,000-square-foot steakhouse has a new open, expanded bar lounge.
Crafted by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, the menu goes deep on all the steakhouse favorites such as Japanese Wagyu, a juicy burger, surf and turf pairings and citrus-cured Hamachi. Plus, don’t forget the King crab fried rice, the legendary ricotta gnocchi and the creamed spinach with poached egg and truffle Gouda.
