A New Food Tour at Aria
The Las Vegas based food tour company has a new self-guided tour within Aria that offers a socially distanced culinary outing. This two-hour, self-guided tour begins at 5 p.m. and leads guests through three restaurants in one evening. Designed for a minimum of two people, this experience offers seating with VIP service at three of restaurants. The $150 per person tour is inclusive of gratuities and a virtual guide with information about all of the restaurants visited. An optional beverage package for $60 per person showcases a pre-selected craft cocktail at each venue. The exact lineup is subject to change depending on the night of the week, but participating restaurants include: Carbone, Jean Georges Steakhouse, Catch and Bardot Brasserie. With a $100 per person optional upgrade, a luxurious custom limo coach will transport guests to Maverick Helicopters for a champagne toast, followed by a 12 to 15-minute flight aboard an ECO-Star helicopter for a view of The Strip at night.
Brunch on the Westside
Marc Vetri’s Osteria Fiorella at Red Rock Casino launched weekend brunch in November. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., can’t miss dishes include the giant cinnamon buns; poached eggs with hollandaise and topped with thinly sliced prosciutto; the biscuit egg sandwich with Fiorella sausage and provolone cheese; cacio e pepe breakfast pizza with a sunny side up fried egg and bacon; and the chocolate negroni with gin, Cacao nib infused Campari, vermouth, crème de cacao, and cacao bitters.
A Great Sip on the Strip
Trustworthy Brewing Co. is the only craft brewery on the Strip located inside the Grand Canal Shops. Their mission is to create inspirational beers that are both exciting and fun to drink. Head brewer Zach Johnson will be creating new releases throughout the year. A must try is the Free Association Hazy IPA with 7.4 percent ABV, packed full of hops such as Azacca, Comet and Cryo Eukanot–this incredibly soft beer is bursting with tropical aromas and minimum bitterness. Don’t miss the giant pretzel to go with your beer.
