Jenna Tries Her Luck with the Lottery

Jenna Nye crosses state lines in pursuit of a winning ticket

By OTS Staff

With Mega Millions and Powerball swelling to a combined nearly $1.6 billion jackpot, millions of Americans are on the hunt for a winning ticket.

Unfortunately, for Nevada residents, if you want to play, you have to plan a trip across state lines. Most Las Vegans head to California to pick up their Mega Millions and Powerball tickets just over the border at Primm.  OTS Media founder Jenna Nye, headed the opposite direction, choosing to make her first lottery ticket purchase in Littlefield, Ariz. just outside of Mesquite, Nev.

While Jenna’s Mega Millions ticket wasn’t a match, maybe she’ll have better luck tomorrow night with Powerball.

What do you think, should Nevada legalize a State lottery? We’d love to hear your thoughts @offthestrip.
