The Daily Snack: Jazz It Up at Stoney’s

Dig into a BBQ pulled pork sandwich while listening to jazz at Town Square

By OTS Staff

Stoney’s Rockin’ Country seems like the sort of place to host a honkey-tonk instead of a jazz show. But Stoney’s (6611 S. Las Vegas Blvd. in Town Square) is shaking things up with two special performances by acclaimed jazz musicians. Watch performances by Jeff Hamilton, Graham Dechter and Akiko Tsuruga as The Jeff Hamilton Organ Trio and musicians from The Las Vegas Academy‘s jazz program.

Along with the live entertainment, Stoney’s is serving some delicious dishes including roasted chicken breast with apricot reduction, a BBQ pulled pork sandwich and orange blossom honey biscuits. For dinner, there are farm table house salads, pecan-crusted salmon with lemon bechamel, lemon curd with fresh blueberries and more.
