The event will be held on Saturday, February 22nd after the conference from 8-11 PM. There will be music, games, unlimited food, non-alcoholic beverages and golfing for the entire event. Every person 21+ will receive TWO alcoholic drink tickets at the door! Don't wait to buy your tickets as this event will sell out fast. FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? ID will be checked at the door to verify you are who you say you are. If you do not have ID, you will be turned away and your purchase will not be refunded. Please understand we want to make this a safe event for our guests. There is no age requirement to attend the event. You MUST be 21+ to consume alcohol. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Uber is a great transport tool around the strip. Feel free to drive, as there is on-site parking. What can I bring into the event? Business cards, a smile, and a desire to network. If you have golf clubs and want to bring them, go for it! Please DO NOT bring any drinks, food, golf balls, or glass items to the event. The staff will confiscate them from you. Can I check-in any material I brought from the conference? No, please keep any belongings you brought with you at all times. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen items at the event. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Please review the entire FAQ before contacting the organizer. If your question is personal, please contact [email protected] What's the refund policy? All payments are fully refundable until January 1st, 2020. At that point, all sales are final and only partial refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds of tax or service fees to Eventbrite will not be made. ONLY the cost of the ticket is refundable. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? There will be a registration list at the entrance to the event checking people in. Please have your ticket confirmation handy just in case there are any issues at the check-in table. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes, your ticket is transferrable until Friday, February 21st, 2020. Please email [email protected] to notify the change with the person's full name, email address, and phone number. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? No, every name must match the person on our list. There will be an ID check at the door. Please understand this is for security purposes. People that are not on the list will be given the chance to pay at the door if the event is not full or will be turned away. When is the last day for early bird pricing? Early Bird pricing closes down September 6th, 2019. Make sure you grab your ticket as early as you can before spots fill up. If something comes up and you decide not to go to the conference, we can always refund your purchase until January 1st. Can I register at the door? No. All ticket sales must be done online. February 22nd at 3 PM PST is the last available time to purchase tickets to the event. Are there discounts for military or group ticket sales? Yes, we offer 20% military discount for our currently serve or have served our country. Yes, if you would like to purchase tickets for your company or group, there will be a 10% discount on purchases of 5 tickets or more AFTER the Early Bird sales period.
