Join TruFusionandTrue Food Kitchenfor a True Wellness class in Downtown Summerlin. Suitable for all levels. Students will move from one pose to another, synchronized to breath. Each teacher is allowed to let their personal experience come through and utilize the skills theyve learned in all their trainings. There will be no predetermined sequence for this class as the style is open to the teachers interpretation. Be prepared to have fun, sweat, tone, and break through internally perceived physical and mental limitations. Class is from 8:30-9:30am followed by 15% off brunch after class. Please plan to bring your own mat and check-in 15 minutes before class to reserve your space.
