DAOU Wine Dinner at Golden Steer Steakhouse

Welcome Friends! We are excited to announce the very first in a series of wine tasting dinners hosted at the Golden Steer Steakhouse! This special event will feature pours from select vintages of the DAOU Vineyard & Winery, a 100-acre premium vineyard estate located 2,200 feet in the Adelaida Mountains of Paso Robles, California. On February 28, 2020, starting at 6 pm, the featured menu will consist of clasically paired dishes showcasing DAOU wines that include their Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet, the elegant “Pessimist” Red Blend, and special vintage selections of “Soul of a Lion” 2016 & 2017 that were crafted from the best vines of DAOU Mountain. The four-course fare and listed wines for the evening are below.
