Enjoy a magical afternoon of inspiring guitar music when four of the Valleys most accomplished guitarists return to the Windmill Library stage. The Las Vegas Classical Guitar Ensemble explores the rich tonal history and heritage of the guitar. Todays program features a cornucopia of 20th century music by composers from around the world, including Benjamin Britten (Great Britain), George Gershwin (United States), Carlos Jobim (Brazil), and Agustn Barrios (Argentina). The ensemble will also perform Olga Amelkina-Veras Nebulae, winner of the 2012 Austin Classical Guitar Society Composition Competition. Free and open to the public. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
