We will Crown 9 Divisions! Mini Miss, Little Miss, Jr. Miss, Teen, Miss, Ms., Mrs., Ms. Elite, Mr. See all Elements of Competition below. Mini Miss (3-5) | Little Miss (6-9)| Jr. Miss (10-13) *Ages as of January 1st. Beauty & Glamour - 50% Poise, Beauty, and Confidence are what our judges are looking for during this portion of our competition. Delegates are allowed to wear evening wear that does not touch the floor, including cupcake dresses. Fitness Wear - 25% Each delegate will participate in fitness wear to showcase to the judges their confidence on stage. Delegates will be given direction on what the attire should be, including wearing tennis shoes, for this portion of the competition. Personality Wear - 25% For this portion of the competition, delegates will hit the stage wearing the outfit of their choice that showcases their personal sense of style and attitude! Mini Miss Cosmos - Optional Competitions Mini Miss delegates can choose to compete in optional competitions for: Talent Interview Runway Separate awards will be given to those who do compete but these scores will not factor into the overall competition. Little Miss & Jr. Miss Cosmos - Optional Competitions Little Miss & Jr. Miss Cosmos delegates can compete in optional competitions for: Talent Interview Runway These scores will not factor into the overall score for the title but separate awards will be given in each optional. Elements of Competition Teen (14-19)| Miss (20-29 never married or had children) | Ms. (20-49 does not qualify for Miss or Mrs.)| Mrs. (20-49 married may have had children) *Ages as of January 1st. Evening Gown - 30% Poise, Beauty, and Confidence are what our judges are looking for during this portion of our competition. Delegates are required to wear an evening gown that touches the floor. Interview - 15% Each delegate will participate in a press conference-style interview in front of a panel of judges. Each interview will last 3 minutes and will allow the judges to see how each delegate handles herself with ever-changing questions and reacting in the moment under pressure. Swimsuit - 30% Each delegate will compete on stage in a swimsuit of her choice to showcase her confidence and physical fitness. Specific guidelines for swimsuits will be provided, but both one and two pc suits are allowed. Physical Fitness - 15% Each delegate will participate in a competition that tests each woman’s physical fitness. This may include the number of squats, sit ups, pushups, and sprints each delegate can do in a timed period. More information will be provided as the local and state competitions commence. On-Stage Question - 10% The top 5 in each division will compete in a final on-stage question that will account for the final 15% of her score to determine the winner. Delegates will be given 30 seconds to answer the question given at random. Optional Competitions These scores will not count towards the overall competition but separate awards will be given to the highest score in each division from those who choose to compete.Optional Competitions will be held for: Talent Runway Elements of Competition Ms. Elite (50+ married or unmarried) Evening Gown - 35% Poise, Beauty, and Confidence are what our judges are looking for during this portion of our competition. Delegates are required to wear an evening gown that touches the floor. Interview - 25% Each delegate will participate in a press conference-style interview in front of a panel of judges. Swimsuit - 30% Each delegate will compete on stage in swimming trunks to showcase her confidence and physical fitness. Specific guidelines for swimsuits will be provided, No speedo or thong swimsuits allowed.
