Inauguration Day 2021 Party Essentials—Las Vegas Style

Here's everything you need right now

By Melissa Gill

It’s a new era in American politics and it’s time to celebrate with local creations representing this monumental moment. Find tasty pastries, a specially themed cocktail, a President-approved sandwich and more. Don’t miss out on these goodies.

Inauguration Donuts

For breakfast, try four beautifully crafted Inauguration donuts ($20), almost too pretty to eat from Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets. Order these red, white and blue delicious pastries online or in-store. They are prepared from scratch everyday.

The “Madam Vice” Cocktail

Let’s raise our glasses to Madame Vice President with Jammyland’s latest cocktail, “Madam Vice.” This Mai-Tai inspired mixed drink cleverly incorporates the VP’s heritage and the Bay. As you take a sip, taste the Appleton 12 and Whipsaw Rye infused with coconut chai tea and fresh lime. On top there’s an added surprise of orgeat and house-made wildflower curaçao.

Joe Biden’s Favorite Sandwich

Pair the “Madam Vice” drink with our President’s favorite sandwich, “The Bobbie.” Biden was the longest-serving senator in Delaware which is where the “The Bobbie” originated from in one of the most popular sandwich shops, Capriotti’s. He told former President Obama that “The Bobbie” is the best sandwich. This sandwich is Thanksgiving on a hoagie, it consists of turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing with mayo served on a fresh roll. Know this meal is Biden approved.

“Trump’s Tears” Candle

Handcrafted in Las Vegas, for a limited time you can get the humorous candle, “Trump’s Tears,” from Alt-Rebel created by Nonscents. This item returned by popular demand, which means they sell out quick. When you light this candle, it smells like a sore loser and orange cheese puff dust.

Biden and Harris Party Straws

Announce Divinely creates adorable party favors—including ones for Inauguration Day. Check out these cute straws with animated pictures of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. You get 12 paper straws for $10. These are fun to have all year-round.
