Brian Kip was raised in Las Vegas from the age of 5. After graduating high school, Brian moved to South Florida where he enlisted for active service in the United States Coast Guard. During his 8 years in South Florida, Brian found his love and passion for Photography. In 2002, Brian founded a modeling network and casting agency called, KM Models. His company quickly rose to the top and he represented over 50 elite talents, in addition to working with prominent networks such as NBC, ABC, MTV, VH-1, and TBS. Almost instantly, he became one of the most preeminent and well respected photographers in the South Florida modeling and photography community. In late 2003, Brian founded a new startup fashion swimwear line called, K.I.P Swimwear. Even with Brian’s extensive and diverse portfolio, he still yearned for more! After he completed 8 years of active service for the United States Coast Guard, Brian decided to sell all of his companies and move back to his native city of Las Vegas! Once back in Las Vegas, Brian starting networking with leading nightlife executives and realized he wanted to be encompassed into the fast growing Las Vegas nightlife industry. After partnering with legendary techno DJ, Luca Pretolesi (Digital Boy), they founded one of Vegas’ first Electronic music marketing companies, Showcase Events. This company aided and marketed Vegas’ powerhouse nightlife brands such as Tao, Tao Beach, Moon, and Rain. Over the next 5 years, Brian worked with notable Vegas brands such as Wynn Las Vegas, Surrender Nightclub, Encore Beach Club, Blush Nightclub, Blue Martini, World Series of Poker, Inked, Hard Rock Hotel, PBR Rock Bar and Rio Hotel. This wasn’t enough for the Las Vegas marketing mogul; Brian then partnered with Alisha Phillips to launch a full-service digital marketing and branding agency called, Sofa King Creative Group. This company created and maintains some of the most prestigious brands and businesses from all over the world!
