Destination Wedding

EXTREMELY Satisfied by EVERYTHING!! From the first phone conversation up to the day after the event, her professionalism and high standard of service was evident. Gail was absolutely amazing and dependable. Our event was a 60 guest destination wedding, therefore trying to coordinate from out of town was a challenge that thanks to her transpired smoothly. She helped me with ideas and provided check lists so that I would not forget anything, including in the areas that she was not handling (bar and appetizers in my case but which she is able to provide). She has a fully stocked kitchen so anything I forgot she was delighted to provide for me. There was plenty of food and everyone commented on how delicious it was and the buffet table was beautifully set up with flowers and candles. She went as far as to repair the wedding cake that didn’t take the 5 hour travel too well and volunteered to pick up the cupcake order herself and set up the sweetheart table! She and her assistant, Luis, went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s wedding was extraordinary. I highly recommend BULLSEYE CATERING for any event, Gail is blessed in a way that makes everything she touches glow and be outstanding – her excellence comes through.
