The North Las Vegas-Donovan office offers only commercial driver license and motor carrier services. They do not process any non-commercial transactions. The North Las Vegas location has a self-service kiosk for your convenience.
Large building with hundreds of seats and over 30 help windows. When the appointment system is down it can take a few hours to be seen. Now that the appointment system is working again it usually takes less than 15 minutes. Appointment slots fill up fast though. Get on the website a few days in advance. The biggest problem is that there aren't enough DMVs for the population growth. They are very busy every day.
