I love love love this place, almost a reason to come to Vegas in itself if you don't have a Fry's where you live.

I love this place because they carry EVERYTHING electronics!! Anything from the brand new technology to the old outdated stuff that other stores no longer carry. They have you covered. Never had an issue returning like the guy below. You take the item to customer service, they print a store credit receipt, and you take the receipt to the register if you want the cash.

People would definitely say you can get some good deals at fry’s and that may be true, however if by any chance to need to return something you better be willing to just through hoops. I personally tried to return something i only had for 3 days, not opened and with a receipt. They gave me HELL!! I was told they need approval form a manager that wasn't there and i would have to come back. I went back when i was told to and he would not authorize it, (thankfully it was only a $20 item). I personally won't be doing my shopping there anymore.
