I like going to Subway when I have a taste for tuna subs. They add the bread and ingredients I choose, and will slice it up how I choose. They work pretty fast and seem to be clean. Out of all their ingredients I just don't like the cucumber slices, but everything else tastes great and fresh. I also like to mix into my sandwich the 2 choices of hot peppers together.
