Sushi Mon is a sushi restaurant located near West Sahara Avenue in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. It's an Intimate, modern destination for sushi & Japanese fare with lunch specials & all-you-can-eat option.
This is one of my go to sushi places. Never had a bad dish here. Best unagi in town!

I have only been to this location 1 time however i have been to there sister location on Silverado Ranch several times. They have some very unique rolls and of course the normal ones every sushi restaurant has. I believe what sets them apart is the freshness of their food!
