New Truffle Fest Menu at Bazaar Meat Delivers Umami Dining Experience

Tableside-shaved black Burgundy truffle is available for all dishes

November is the season of truffles all over Northern Italy. Across Tuscany, Umbria and Le Marche Truffle Fairs pop up to offer visitors a buffet of mouth-watering dishes with this signature ingredient. For the month of November, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is bringing this Italian tradition to Las Vegas with their special Truffle Fest Menu which promises an “all-new umami-centric dining experience.”

Starting Tuesday, November second until Sunday, November 28, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés inside SAHARA Las Vegas will be offering a lineup of special truffle-filled dishes.

The menu includes Josper grilled king crab legs with black garlic and truffle butter, tortilla sacromonte omelet with bone marrow, kidneys and shaved truffle, crispy suckling pig cheeks with pickled vegetables, truffle potato espuma and shaved truffle and baby burrata with hazelnut praline, truffle shavings, smoked hazelnut and fried sage. 

Tableside-shaved black Burgundy truffle supplements will also be available for all dishes on the menu.

Named “Best restaurant in Nevada” by “Business Insider” and “Best Meat House in America” by Andrew Zimmern, Bazaar Meat is the brainchild of Michelin-Starred and James Beard Award-winning chef José Andrés. It is a meat-lovers dream, called “a wild and wonderful celebration of the carnivorous.” 

Chef Andrés combines nuanced and playful food with classic and creative cocktails from the restaurant’s Bar Centro. Bazaar Meat is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

In addition to a renowned chef, Andrés is also a New York Times best-selling author, humanitarian and educator. In 2010 he founded the World Central Kitchen, a nonprofit that has provided over 50 million meals around the world in times of crisis. As a Spanish immigrant he has been a vocal and hardworking advocate for immigration reform. Andrés has been named on Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People” list twice, was the recipient of the 2015 National Humanities Medal and was named as 2014’s Outstanding American by Choice by President Barack Obama.
