Vegas born Founders Coffee is set to open its third location on Monday, August 16 inside of La Bonita Supermarket.This new spot will be inside the market’s Henderson location on Green Valley Parkway.
New Founders Coffee La Bonita Special Drinks
Founders Coffee’s third shop will feature the same menu including their classic coffee selections such as Lavender White Chocolate and Hula Girl Lattes, plus La Bonita specials. Three new specials coffee fiends will want to try are:
Churro Latte: a sweet sip made with cinnamon, espresso, milk and white chocolate.
Tres Leches Latte: a delicious drink made with sweetened condensed milk, dulce de leche, espresso and milk.
Cafe con Leche: a classic coffee with milk.
New Founders Coffee La Bonita Special Menu items
The coffee house will also serve some of their original menu items like Avocado Toast–made with sun-dried tomatoes, chive and drizzled in garlic aioli and De Lox Toast–prepared with smoked lox, smoked lox cream cheese, red onions, chopped boiled eggs, capers and chive, but include La Bonita exclusives, too. Some new tasty bites include:
Churro Toast: a breakfast bite made with honey cream cheese, hazelnut spread and cinnamon crunch.
Elote Toast: a savory snack topped with corn salsa, garlic aioli and panella cheese.
Bonita Breakfast Quiche: a breakfast goody with refried beans, chorizo, eggs, Monterey Jack cheese and pico de gallo.
Mango Scones: a sweet, mango flavored breakfast biscuit.
Committed to supporting local non-profit organizations, Founders Coffee’s new location will join the monthly Giving Drink program. The Giving Drink program collects a portion of each month’s Giving Drink’s proceeds and donates them to a local charity. The Giving Drink program has benefited dozens of Las Vegas charities with donations going to local public schools, animal rescues, children’s charities, mental health advocacy groups and more.
When the third location is up and running, Founder Coffee La Bonita will be open daily from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. at 2851 N. Green Valley Parkway in Henderson.
