New Italian spot anticipated to open in early 2022
By OTS Staff
RPM Italian, a modern Italian restaurant created by power couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic, is coming to the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace early next year. This will be Vegas’ first RPM Italian restaurant.
Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant partners R.J., Jerrod and Molly Melman collaborated with the Rancics to bring this project to fruition. This will be their sixth restaurant to join the RPM collection which includes RPM Italian in Chicago and in Washington D.C., RPM Steak, RPM Seafood and RPM Events. With over 20 years of experience in the Vegas scene, Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant flexes their unparalleled hospitality and restaurant knowledge in their latest business venture.
The menu for RPM Italian consists of sharable modern Italian dishes. The venue will serve pristine housemade pastas daily along with a variety of antipasti, steaks, simply grilled fish and seafood. Pair their freshly prepared pastas with a drink from their spritz program or a glass of wine from their outstanding wine selection curated by RPM Wine Director, Richard Hanauer.
Here’s a glimpse of their offerings coming soon to Vegas.
For the restaurant’s design, renowned Rockwell Group and RPM Restaurants teamed up to create a sleek space featuring a spacious indoor lounge, a sommelier bar and two private event areas. These options allow guests to explore different dining experiences. Whether someone is a wine connoisseur or enjoys relaxing in a cozy lounge, RPM Italian’s layout is versatile.
Not only will this be RPM brand’s sixth location, but it will also be Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants’ sixth food establishment, too. RPM Italian will be in affiliation with other popular foodie havens in town: Mon Ami Gabi, Eiffel Tower Restaurant, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, El Segundo Sol and Stripburger & Chicken. This means the new Italian eatery is in great company.
From the looks of their previous Italian restaurants, RPM Italian will be an elegant addition to the thriving celebrity culinary culture here in Las Vegas. Sin City’s ever-evolving tourism and alluring ambiance makes it an ideal destination to expand a brand.
Keep an eye out for RPM Italian anticipated to open in early 2022. That’s amore!
