Life Is Beautiful Festival Brings Back Art Motel

Catch a performance by ‘DÁKATI’ artist Jhay Cortez

By Toni Gonzales | Las Vegas, NV | Life Is Beautiful

Life is Beautiful is bringing back the BACARDÍ® Art Motel. Yes, you read that right, an art motel put on by BACARDI. Only in Vegas kids. Anyway, the space is said to be a fully immersive art experience with art bigwigs Spidertag and Antonyo Marest. But hold on kids, it gets better, and let’s face it, hotter. Jhay Cortez will be there and he will be performing (gasp).

The Puerto Rican artist, fresh off a performance in Miami with Rios,  will perform in an intimate setting on September 17 at 8 p.m. Cortez has two albums and collaborations with Bad Bunny and Karol G to his credit. Perhaps his biggest hit to date is with Bad Bunny for the song ‘DÁKATI,’ a song he performed live with his fellow Puerto Rican artist at the 2021 Grammy Awards. A song that by the way  became the first Latin music hit to rule the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global U.S. charts at the same time. Not too bad for two Puerto Rican rappers.

So that is the good news. But, there is more bad news, and then some more good news. Life is Beautiful is sold out, wa, wa, wa – that’s the bad news. But, here is the good news. BACARDÍ is giving one lucky person a chance to go to the entire festival, including the Cortez performance.  More on how to enter two three day general admission passes is at bacardi.lifeisbeautiful.com from . You can enter now until Tuesday, Sept. 14.

The three day festival takes place in downtown Las Vegas and will include premiere musical acts, experimental artists, comedians and culinary talent. Be sure to check with LIB for updated health and safety guidelines.
