Guests receive a signed 'World of Nobu' cookbook to take home
Bring your appetite to “Taste of Nobu” — an evening featuring a reception-style dining experience with the culinary legend himself, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa on Friday, October 22. The tasting will be at Nobu Restaurant & Lounge inside Caesars Palace.
Known for his Japanese fusion cuisine, this culinary innovator caught the attention of silver screen legend Robert De Niro back in 1998. The “Taxi Driver” actor became a huge fan of his Miso Black Cod dish. Ever since then, Chef Nobu’s become a celebrated name in the restaurant business.
Nobu fans’ favorites will be served such as Miso Black Cod, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Tacos and an assortment of Nobu-style sushi. Plus guests will see live action stations offering shucked oysters, caviar and Chef Nobu’s signature ramen.
These dishes will pair deliciously with the specialty cocktails and spirits included at this exclusive event.
Guests also receive a signed “World of Nobu” cookbook, which includes Chef Nobu and Chef Nobu’s restaurant chefs’ most popular recipes from all over the world. Guests will have a chance to take a piece of their experience home as a souvenir.
Fun Fact: The Nobu restaurant inside Caesars Palace is the only one that features Teppan tables for Teppanyaki, a Japanese cooking style where food is grilled on iron plates in front of guests.
The event offers two seating times: 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. They are now accepting reservations. The event costs $350 per guest and is available for purchase on Opentable.com.
