Where To Raise a Stein To Oktoberfest in Las Vegas

Get out the lederhosen and pour a stein or five. Oktoberfest is here!

Raise your beer filled steins if you know what Oktoberfest actually is! Officially, it is a two-week period that originated in Germany from the celebration of the marriage of the crown prince of Bavaria (King Louis I) to Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. Boring! Unofficially, it’s a reason to top off the mugs with the heaviest of German beers and toast to “wies’n” (what German locals call Oktoberfest).

Oktoberfest Experiences

This being Vegas where everything is at a level 10, here are some local spots to get your “Prost!” (Cheers) on.

The Front Yard at Ellis Island Hotel, Casino & Brewery

Enjoy a two-story indoor-outdoor beer garden. There will be live entertainment from a Bavarian band and all-you-can-drink Oktoberfest beer. Don’t worry, there are also some German eats avail for those who want food in the belly. Get your dirndl or lederhosen out as there is a costume contest with prizes.

Tickets are available at Eventbrite and range from $45 – $85. There are a variety of packages.
