Piero’s Italian Cuisine Set to Reopen Daily in Late September

Serving the best Osso Buco since 1982

Dig into a juicy bone-in veal parmigiana any day of the week at Piero’s Italian Cuisine starting on Tuesday, September 28.

The Las Vegas fine dining Italian restaurant announced their return to pre-COVID operations this month. The local favorite hot spot will be open daily from 5:50 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Executive Chef Chris Conlon keeps the menu fresh by routinely adding new seasonal and featured dishes to their menu.

Piero’s continues to offer its staples like the Osso Buco, a local favorite since 1982 made with braised veal shank and features mouthwatering cuisines such as Linguini & Clams–middle neck clams served with white wine and garlic in a red or white broth and Veal Chop Parmigiana–bone-in veal chop with parmesan and pomodoro sauce. Other noteworthy dishes include Dover sole served with lemon butter white wine sauce and housemade agnolotti made with ricotta cheese and spinach, Florida stone crab claws chilled with a side of champagne mustard sauce and their popular Garbage Caesar salad with tomatoes, avocado, grilled shrimp plus hearts of palm. These dishes pair well with their wine collection and specialty cocktails.

Piero’s offers a large wine selection and a variety of specialty cocktails. Spark Plug is a sweet sip, a chilled shot mixed with vanilla vodka, espresso and Kahlua. Other libations to consider are the martinis, they serve a dessert drink that tastes just like key lime pie and the classic lemon drop. Speaking of decadent drinks, Piero’s menu of sweet treats is worth saving extra room for at the end of a meal.

Cheesecake aficionados go for the New-York style raspberry cheesecake made with an almond crust. It is a creamy wonder. For Nutella lovers, try the Nutella crème brûlée finished with chocolate biscottis. And for those who prefer a frozen treat, they also serve a selection of sorbet and gelati. Pair that cold creamy dessert with a fresh baked goody made in-house daily by Chef Antonio Martinez. Ending the night on a sweet note is always a good idea.

Piero’s venue has 345 seats plus six separate dining areas in the restaurant. Whether guests want to celebrate a birthday or hold a business meeting, this fine dining restaurant caters to a variety of events. It’s one of those places that is ideal for making memories and special occasions.

Piero’s Italian Cuisine is a stand alone restaurant located right off the Las Vegas Strip near the Convention Center.
