Pics or it didn’t happen. The holiday season is here and it’s time for Santa Claus to decide if you’re naughty or nice. Ready to hand over your list, check it twice and snap a photo in the process? Visit these busy spots for getting the perfect family photo with the Jolly One in Las Vegas.

Town Square

Town Square, an outdoor shopping plaza south of the Strip on Las Vegas Blvd., is one of the best places to capture a photo with Jolly Old Saint Nick. Register online to secure your place in line with a variety of photo packages available. Pet photos are offered every Wednesday between now and Christmas.

Downtown Summerlin

For those in the west side of the valley, Downtown Summerlin is the best place to get some up-close-and-personal time with Santa. The big guy has a new Winter Wonderland Chalet at the outdoor shopping complex near Macy’s Promenade. Sign up for a fast pass online. Photo packages begin at $39.99. Bring your pets on Tuesdays. Downtown Summerlin also has the Rock Rink for ice skating, family-friendly train rides and holiday parades on Friday and Saturday evenings at 6 p.m.

Ethel M Chocolate Factory

Visiting the Holiday Cactus Garden outside the Ethel M Chocolate Factory has been an annual tradition for 28 year now. Bring the kids and say hello to Santa Claus while soaking in the spectacle of more than a million lights among three acres of desert landscaping. Kris Kringle will be hanging around nightly until December 23. Just make sure to try some delicious Ethel M chocolate with a holiday tasting experience and warm up with a cup of house-made hot cocoa.

Las Vegas South Premium Outlets

Santa will be taking time for photos throughout the holiday season at Las Vegas South Premium Outlets (on Las Vegas Blvd., south of the Strip). He’ll also read holiday stories for kids December 3, 10 and 17 6-8 p.m. Come by with your best (or worst?) winter outfit for National Ugly Sweater Day on December 17 12-8 p.m.

Angel Park

The Kyle Simmons Team at Keller Williams is hosting a free photo session on December 12 with Santa (1-4 p.m.) at Angel Park near Durango and Alta. Unwrapped toys and gently used clothing and toys will be collected for The Shade Tree

Tivoli Village

Families are invited to Tivoli Village, where kids can sip on hot chocolate and get photos with Santa every Friday and Saturday between now and Christmas from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Adults can browse the sales at more than 20 independent retailers while sipping on complimentary holiday cocktails. Take things up a notch with Santa’s Experience, a festive pop-up experience with a candy factory, gingerbread house, and reindeer adding up to an array of selfie stations with Santa himself at the end of the tour.

Malls, malls, malls

Don’t get left out in the cold. Do your holiday shopping while the little ones take a few photos with Santa. Avoid crowded lines and make a reservation at Meadows Mall, Galleria at Sunset, and Fashion Show Las Vegas

For more photos of Santa, sign-up for Opportunity Village’s Santa Run. Wear your best Old Saint Nick costume and run, run like Rudolph.
