Twenty four-hour diner Bacon Nation is now open on the The D Las Vegas’ newly renovated second floor. Led by Downtown Hospitality Group, which also operates 18bin, and Chef Josh Green of SkinnyFats and Greens and Proteins, the restaurant is centered around all things bacon.

The menu boasts everything from gourmet bacon flights (available in 13 unique flavors) to The Reverse BLT, a sandwich with bacon substituting for bread, and The D Burger with bacon-wrapped jalapeños.
The extensive menu also features full breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings with everything from a Razzle Dazzle French Toast Box made with marshmallow fluff and Froot Loops to a Chicken ’n Waffle Bennie, Pork Belly Dippers, BBQ Ribs, Pasta Carbonara, Pan-Seared Salmon and more.
There’s also dessert and alcoholic milkshakes like the Elvis Milkshake made with Screwball peanut butter whiskey and served with a deep-fried banana, peanut butter and bacon sandwich.
For hotel guests, the bacon diner features heated/refrigerated lockers for guests to pick up to-go orders without waiting in line.
The restaurant itself seats 120 guests and features brick walls, leather booth seating, marble accents and an open kitchen. Bacon Nation sits on The D’s newly renovated second-floor which also includes a remodeled casino floor and an expanded BarCanada, the hotel-casino’s Canadian-themed sports bar.
