MGM Resorts is offering four limited-time culinary experiences
WAGYUMAFIA at ARIA inside Jean-Georges Steakhouse
This writer nearly choked on his coffee when he learned that ARIA is set to host WAGYUMAFIA for a one-night-only pop-up for $500 per head inside Jean-Georges Steakhouse. This membership-only restaurant group with outposts in Hong Kong and Tokyo has long been regarded as one of the most coveted dining experiences on Earth; and unless you’re Ed Sheeran or David Beckham, you can forget about sampling their iconic sando and other delicacies as all memberships are fully subscribed. Dinner starts at 8 p.m. and reservations are required. Shockingly, there are still tickets available for this rare dining experience.

Those who have visited the property’s conservatory have undoubtedly seen one table set amidst the gardens. With two seats for an afternoon Dim Sum brunch (priced at $88 per person) and two dinner services offering a Chinese prosperity feast (for $128 per person), this is an incredible one-off experience.

Zuma’s Seasonal Tasting Menu at The Cosmopolitan
Finally, the newest member of the MGM Resorts portfolio, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, is offering not one, but two limited culinary engagements. The $248 per person offering includes truffle-buttered edamame, caviar spoons, Alaskan King Crab, Japanese A5, lobster and the like.
