Artist Jayson Atienza Adds Fresh Paint to The English Hotel

As the first luxury boutique hotel in the Arts District, The English Hotel has embraced the arts community

FRESH PAINT: Internationally-acclaimed artist Jayson Atienza adds his signature vibrant, fragmented patterns to the recently-opened The English Hotel. Yellow, pink, blue and red asteroid-like shapes drift around a section of the Las Vegas Art District’s boutique hotel’s perimeter wall and the pool entrance wall, with a stationary rickshaw painted in the same pattern in the courtyard.

The Philippines-born and Las Vegas-based artist and creative director—whose works include murals inside the Jordan flagship store in Beijing, commissions for ESPN and installations/product designs for Hennessy, among others—is the latest artist to put his trademark touch on The English Hotel.

As the first luxury boutique hotel in the Arts District, The English Hotel has embraced the arts community. In addition to Jayson’s recent addition, the property also features works from Pwoz Art, Caitlyn Saville and Pretty Done.
