From Dad Bod Combos to fried chicken and champagne pairings, local restaurants go all out for Father's Day specials
Father’s Day is Sunday, June 19, and Las Vegas has many deals and specials for dads. Here are five food and drink experiences available for the discerning dad in your life.
Garagiste Wine Room and Merchant
Dads–and brothers–Justin Kingsley Hall (the chef at Main St. Provisions, located around the corner) and “Cast Iron” Mike Gregg will be fire-cooking Santa Barbara Tri-Tip beef sandwiches. Garagiste owner (and new dad) Eric Prato will be pouring Cab Franc for dads and those who love them.
Choices include two types of sandwiches, slaw and wine, with money saved from buying a Dad Bod Combo!

Main St. Provisions
Friday and Saturday, June 17-18, The Dad Bod Wellington is the special of the evening. The dish features a half-pound Wagyu “Salisbury” steak Beef Wellington with smoked mushrooms and whipped potatoes, carrot Bearnaise, and Brasserie Salad.
On Sunday, the $125 Gone Fishing Special allows dad to choose from fried or wood-roasted Mediterranean sea bass accompanied by choice of sauces, sides, and more. This special menu feeds two (or four with the purchase of an additional protein).

Crystina “Mama” Nguyen is back at Vegas Test Kitchen, and she is bringing brunch to Saturdays and Sundays. The menu is always an intriguing take on fresh Vietnamese favorites, this time with a fun brunch twist.
Don’t miss out on Banh Mi in two ways, red bean souffle pancakes, egg tarts, crab toast, and more.
Brunch lasts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., but the rest of VTK, including the bar, will be open until 4 p.m.
