Hype Up Your Happy Hours at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Celebrate with sips and snacks today

National Happy Hour Day is almost here, and the premiere food and beverage collection at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is a perfect setting for celebrating on Friday, November 12.

With discounted cocktails, underpriced appetizers, and a dizzying array of options, the resort brings happy to a whole new level.

So grab some friends, get your drink on, and check out these libation-laden locations at Virgin Hotels.

Mi Casa Su Casa at Casa Calavera

Authentic Mexican cuisine accompanied by a decorative Dia de los Muertos theme awaits at Casa Calavera.

The dynamic restaurant also has a fantastic happy hour deal, Mi Casa Su Casa, which is available daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the bar area.

During happy hour, a lengthy list of delicious appetizers are available for just $7 each. Some options include traditional Mexican Street Corn with mayo, cotija cheese, Chile tajin, and poblano ranch; Ahi Tuna Tostadas with creamy avocado, aji Amarillo, mojo, cucumber, onion, cilantro, and chicharron; as well as La Quesedilla with roasted chicken, grilled onion, poblano rajas, jack cheese, flour tortilla, and avocado crema.

Casa Calavera also delivers with their drink specials, again for just $7. The Casa Margarita (tequila, patron citrange, fresh lime, agave nectar) or Valenciana (Grey Goose l’orange, Araceli Marigold liqueur, orange bitters, orange juice, sparkling wine) are both winning choices.

Hump Day Special at Night + Market

Fend off those midweek blues with the Hump Day Special happy hour at Night + Market. This Thai-inspired spot, overseen by award-winning chef Kris Yenbamroong, brings a modern twist to the traditional fare.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday, you can enjoy half-off bottles of wine and half-off bar snacks from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The half-off menu includes delectable items such as:

Thai Beef Jerky ($6) – served with a tangy and savory tomato salsa.

Hey-Ha Wings ($7) – “party wings” fried and glazed with three flavor sauce.

Thai Steak Frites ($35) – 12.oz wagyu ribeye, brushed with Thai umami marinade and charbroiled, served with house “au poivre sauce” and side of French fries.

Fried Chicken Sandwich ($9) – northern Thai style fried skin-on chicken thigh, papaya slaw, ranch, jalapenos, and cilantro.

Larb Gai ($8) – minced chicken salad, lime, fish sauce, rice powder, chili, cilantro, onion.

Som Tom | Papaya Salad ($8) – mortar-pounded green papaya salad with palm sugar, lime juice, bird eye chili, peanuts.

Night + Market is certainly worth a visit the next time you need a hump day boost.

Viva Vino and House Parties at kassi beach house

Kassi Beach House is an intimate nod to a carefree summer holiday on the Italian coast. The menu features authentic coastal Italian cuisine, while a plethora of refreshing cocktails, wine, and beer serve as perfect pairings for your meal.

Local Vegas residents can enjoy Viva Vino Mondays every week, which includes half off all bottles of wine from their extensive menu.

Vina Vino Mondays is a happy hour suited for wine lovers

The fun does not stop there, however, as the restaurant also hosts a Kassi House Party every Wednesday. Available from 9 p.m. to close, this weekly celebration offers half off on featured cocktails and wine, as well as half off on all pasta dishes.

A bottle of Chardonnay partnered with the dungeness crab and tomato butter pasta sounds like a very happy hour to me.

Boastful Bar Food at Money, Baby!

For the sports fan in need of a happy hour location, Money, Baby! is the place to be. This high-energy venue brings an unparalleled combination of restaurant, bar, sports viewing, nightlife, and interactive games under one roof.

Now that hockey season is well underway (Go Knights Go), Money, Baby! is offering a scintillating set of specials to guests every weekday.

Some dynamite dogs and draft beers from Money, Baby!

Draft beers and Mamita’s hard seltzers are available for $5 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. All appetizers, including the Green Chilli Pork Nachos, Pretzel Bites with queso blanco, and Jumbo Hot Wings, are also half off.

Plan a visit around an upcoming NHL or NFL event, check out the state-of-the-art golf simulators, and take your happy hour game to the next level.
