Circa Resort Hosts Event for Taxi and Rideshare Drivers

New Local drivers learn about Garage Mahal and get a gift bag

By M.M. Wenck

Taxi and Rideshare drivers save the date! On August 17 and 18, Circa Resort & Casino will host an event inviting new local drivers to familiarize themselves with their transportation hub, Garage Mahal. The Garage Mahal is a nine story parking garage with 982 parking spaces in the heart of downtown. The structure is adorned with vibrant art by local artists. The garage includes extra lighting fixtures and also provides excellent Wi-FI service. Drivers attending the event will receive a gift bag to take home upon arrival.

Each driver’s gift bag will include meal vouchers for Saginaw’s Delicatessen (conceived by restaurateur Paul Saginaw), a free coffee from Jack Pots (a contemporary coffee shop with a Vegas spin) plus a free hat, custom air fresheners and a letter from Circa CEO and Owner, Derek Stevens. This is a great opportunity for drivers to grab a bite to eat and a coffee between drop-offs and pick-ups at Circa.

  • The Taxi Driver event day will be held on Tuesday, August 17 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • The Uber/Lyft event day will be held on Wednesday, August 18 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Circa is the first resort to build a transportation hub designed to also cater to ridesharing drivers and passengers. This makes the parking garage experience easier for guests to come and go as they please, whether they are drivers, visitors and locals. While the resort features a sleek, modernized style, the decor and themes pay homage to Vegas’ Golden Era with nods to the city’s history sprinkled throughout the hotel and casino.

The Garage Mahal is directly off of Fremont Street connecting to Circa via the pedestrian bridge. Garage Mahal is on 100 N. Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101, located between The Plaza Hotel & Casino and Main Street Station.
