Cash comfortable celebs are making their home in Las Vegas

Anyone looking to buy or build a home right now knows prices are the second most insane thing in the real estate market. The first? The fact that people are actually paying those outrageous prices. Thankfully, most who are purchasing can actually afford to.
Raiders Mark Davis’ Personal Palace
Such is the case with Raiders owner Mark Davis. His work home, Allegiant Stadium, cost a cool $2-Billion dollars to build. And while he didn’t foot that bill entirely on his own, he is doing so for his personal palace.
Davis is said to have plopped down $14 million dollars for a three-story, 15,000 square foot mini me version of Allegiant. The home has reportedly already broken ground in the private community of Ascaya located in Henderson. But Davis is just the latest cash comfortable celeb to make Las Vegas their home.
Gene Simmons’ Modern-Style Mansion
KISS frontman Gene Simmons has also guaranteed some ‘Crazy, Crazy Nights’ by also buying in the Henderson hills. Simmons and his legendary band KISS have an upcoming 12 show residency at the Zappos Theater inside Planet Hollywood beginning in December 2021. Simmons summoned up almost $11 million bucks for his modern-style mansion the Henderson Hills. The two-story, six-bedroom, 10,871-square foot home in the same community of Ascaya means the 89012 zip code will be a perfect place to ‘Rock and Roll All Night.’ A block party in that neighborhood just may give Vegas a run for its money.
‘Most Expensive Home Sold in Las Vegas’
If your jaw isn’t on the floor yet with those numbers, just wait. Earlier this summer a home was purchased for $25 million dollars, earning it the “most expensive home sold in Las Vegas” designation. The three-story, three-bedroom, 15,000 square foot stucco manor is located in Sloan Canyon. The quarter billion dollar home boasts over 5,000 square feet of balconies, a wine cellar and a pool that straddles the interior and extends to the exterior.
Yep, it’s a great time for Las Vegas real estate right now.
