Resorts World Offers First Healing Arts Show at Awana Spa

Rejuvenate at a spa in a theatre-inspired setting with friends

By Melissa Gill | Las Vegas, NV | Resorts World

Resorts World Las Vegas continues to elevate their versatile venue with the debut of their new wellness retreat, Awana Spa. This spa is the first and only spa in the U.S. to offer the Art of Aufguss Treatment Show. Additionally, they provide other holistic treatments like Crystal Healing Therapies and an Immersive Fountain of Youth. Instead of easing the body, mind and soul in the traditional way, the resort offers a unique social approach to massage therapy. Guests may rejuvenate alongside others while experiencing new levels of bliss.

As we explore the resort’s latest addition, here is a breakdown of some of their most unique offerings.

Waiting Area

Art of Aufguss Treatment Show

The Art of Aufguss Treatment Show was inspired by European saunas that aim to reinvigorate a group in a social gathering style. This treatment takes guests into a theatre-like setting that includes a heated room, aromatherapy, choreographed music plus lighting and dancing towels. In true Vegas fashion, guests are offered a luxury spa day with a show.

Immersive Fountain of Youth

The Fountain of Youth shines through the spa’s design and houses six pools, a heated Crystal Laconium room, steam rooms, tepidarium chairs, mist showers and the Rain Walk. The venue changes throughout the day with LED screens that transport guests to serene sceneries. Another added feature is temperature. The room’s climate also mirrors the destinations projected in the spa to immerse guests through unique sensory elements. Imagine feeling a cool breeze while viewing a warm tropical island. The spa’s added attention to detail goes beyond a typical massage parlor.
