Las Vegas’ longest-running family owned and operated Italian eatery, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar, is hosting a Taste & Learn event on Saturday, September 18 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This Taste & Learn experience features the wines of Valpolicella, Italy’s La Falezze. To accompany the wine, Chef Mimmo Ferraro will serve small plates of authentic Italian fare for guests to experience an expert’s food and wine pairing. Tour Italy with your tastebuds. This is all for educational purposes, of course.

Each Tasting & Learning event takes guests on a tasty trip touring the flavors of Italy. These monthly classes are a treat for anyone who wants to explore wine and Italian culture. La Falezze, the choice for September’s special wine tasting, comes from a family-owned business in Valpolicella, Italy. For three generations and counting, the winemaking family continues thriving by producing the quality sip, La Falezze. This is a wine enthusiast’s dream!
In a statement, owner of Ferraro’s, Gino Ferraro expressed how excited he is to teach this monthly course and offer “incredible wine experiences” and “Chef Mimmo’s thoughtful pairings.”
