Available February 12 to 14 at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, the private Cupid’s Cabana and Spa Experience blends the bliss of the spa with culinary excellence. To begin, enjoy a couple’s treatment in the Hotel’s Forbes Five-Star Spa. Then, head to the private outdoor poolside cabana where you will feast on a six-course menu paired with wines from around the world.
The Six-Course Menu Includes:
Waters—American osetra caviar and house-smoked Scottish salmon with Dom Pérignon Brut
The Pasture—Hudson River foie gras, roasted fig and apricot jam, buttery brioche waffle passion fruit with Royal Tokaji 5 Puttonyos
The Farm—Burrata and heirloom tomato terrine, chilled spiced tomato water with Cristal Brut
Intermezzo—Pink rose granite
The Ocean—Seabass coconut milk, “in the bag” ginger, lemongrass makrut lime, passion fruit with Far Niente Chardonnay
The Mountain—Creekstone Farms bone-in filet, yukon potatoes soufflé with Antinori Tignanello
Chocolate Hearts—white chocolate milk, chocolate and dark chocolate Art Deco with Far Niente Dolce
Cost
$1,700 inclusive of tax and gratuities for the spa and dinner experience. If you opt for just dinner, that will set you back $1,200 inclusive of taxes and gratuities.
