The Daily Snack: Try the Year of the Ox Menu at China Poblano

Lunar New Year is a time for channeling good fortune and new beginnings. And no celebration is complete without the food. Usher in the Year of the Ox at China Poblano by José Andrés in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with dishes that promote wealth and prosperity.

The Deets

What to Eat: North South Jiaozi, filled with pork, mushrooms, peanuts and cilantro; Golden Yu, a seared fish dish sprinkled with edible gold flakes; Singing Jade, bok choy stir fried with black bean sauce, teardrop peppers and orange zest.

What to Drink: The Pacific Tea, a beer cocktail made with Tequila Reposado and Jasmine Green Tea.

When: The menu will be available Feb. 12-16, both in the restaurant and as takeout.
