Usher Says ‘Yeah’ to Esther’s Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas

Have you ever seen a $100 bill with Usher's face on it?

By OTS Staff

For a late-night celebratory dinner, Caesars Palace’s newest residency artist, Usher, chose a popular Italian spot in the Las Vegas Art District, Esther’s Kitchen.

Usher and his team chowed down on the restaurant’s fresh sourdough bread; Warren poached pear salad with fried goat cheese dressed with pear vinaigrette; fried cauliflower seasoned with anchovy, garlic and chili; and house-made spaghetti with sun-gold tomatoes and basil.

And, finally, the group enjoyed Mary’s pan-roasted chicken with celery root gratin, balsamic onions, cabbage conserva and winter squash risotto.

The R&B and pop superstar posed with Chef de Cuisine Pedro Vidal and the whole Esther’s Kitchen crew. Such a pleasant surprise for this local downtown gem.

Also, check out Usher’s face on a rare commemorative $100 bill.

There’s no doubt we’ll be seeing more of our newest resident artist exploring the ever-evolving Entertainment Capital of the World.
