It isn’t beginning to feel a lot like Christmas, it is Christmas. That is because Las Vegas has officially become enchanted with Enchant. The holiday spirit is alive and well in Downtown Summerlin. So much so, you can feel it in the snow that falls from the air. Yes, there is snow in Summerlin, and not just on the ice skating rink located in the outfield either.

Sure, the signals that the holiday is here have been turned on. Former Vegas headliner Mariah Carey declared the beginning of the holiday season with her new album and her rerelease of her longtime “All I Want For Christmas” song. And yes, the red Starbucks cups are out in the world again. But, correct us if we are wrong, but it didn’t feel like Christmas until now and Enchant is a big reason why.

What Is Enchant?

Enchant is an entire holiday village made out of Christmas lights. The entirety of the Las Vegas Ballpark has been sectioned for maximum seasonal goodness. Located on the field, guests may wander through a maze, search for all nine reindeer or ice skate on a man-made ice rink. And there are photo ops with the big man himself, Santa.

There are a couple of Enchant villages across the nation, but this is the first time that it’s been in Vegas. Enchant is 1,000 percent family-friendly with special areas created just for the kids. You, your family or your friends can immerse yourself in more Christmas lights than there is neon on the Strip.

Feast on special holiday treats, walk the concourse and do some holiday shopping with local vendors and even meet Santa! And that’s all before you step down onto the field to marvel at the magic of the season.

Special Seasonal Nights

Sharing & Caring: Tuesday: November 30, December 7, and December 14

Giving is better than getting right, and in that spirit there are special nights designed for the givers in your group. On Sharing & Caring nights, there are opportunities for the community to get their give on. Miracle Flights will be on hand to give interactive tours to the kiddos and other fun games at the Little One’s Play Palace.  Bring an unwrapped toy for a child at Central Church to benefit the Hope for Kids. Or folks can bring food items for the Children’s Advocacy Centre Foundation food drive.

Knight of Giving: Monday, December 13

Ticket and ice skating trail sales from Enchant Christmas will be donated to the Vegas Golden Knight Foundation.

The VGK Foundation supports areas of education and youth development in sports.

Paws & Claus: Sunday, December 5

Let’s be honest, some of us want to celebrate the Christmas season with our furry best friend. You can do that on Paws & Claus night. Walk the maze with your perfect pooch for this one night only. An important note, dog tickets will be needed in order to abide by capacity limits.

Completely Enchanted

Enchant is one of the most magical places during the holidays in Vegas. It is guaranteed to make the grinchiest of grinches turn into an effervescent elf of the highest order. I said what I said.
