Did Santa leave some goodies inside your Christmas stocking? After gifts are unwrapped, the best part about the holiday is celebrating with friends and family over a festive dinner. Fortunately, some of our favorite Las Vegas restaurants will be open to serve yuletide dishes and special menus.

Delmonico Steakhouse

In addition to the regular menu, Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse is serving a lineup of specialty dishes for Christmas dinner, including three-day slow-roasted duck with salsify puree and wild mushrooms; a Tomahawk prime rib with garlic fingerling potatoes; red wine poached pears; country pate; and scallop crudo with hearts of palm. No matter what you order, save room for the peppermint Buche de Noel for dessert.

Ferraro’s

Ferraro’s has a Christmas Day menu of agnolotti and risotto, carpaccio and burrata, or sausage and meatballs as the first course; salad or soup for the second course; a roasted pork roll, lasagna, braised rabbit, or veal scallopini as the main entree; and bread pudding with cheese gelato for dessert. The menu is $88 per person.

Fulton Street Food Hall

Build your own holiday meal with your choice of food from a variety of service counters at the Fulton Street Food Hall inside Harrah’s. Christmas Day specials include gingerbread French Toast with candied pecans and cinnamon ice cream for $16.99 as well as an assortment of desserts. The peppermint cheesecake, pumpkin pie and selection of Christmas cookies are all perfect for wrapping up an indulgent meal.

Hearthstone Kitchen

Hearthstone Kitchen is serving a Christmas Feast (Dec. 24-25) of hearth-baked brie with ciabatta and bacon jam, herb-crusted rack of lamb, chilean sea bass with lobster cream sauce and confit baby potatoes plus a gingerbread flan dessert. Dishes are priced individually but lend well to a build-your-own multi-course dinner.

Jardin

Jardin is serving a three-course Christmas Day meal at the Wynn for $75 per person. Enjoy roasted chestnut soup with black truffle creme fraiche or scallop crudo; prime rib with whipped potatoes, greens and mushroom or lobster pot pie; and an edible “Christmas ornament” dessert made of white chocolate mousse, berry compote and vanilla bean sponge cake.

Mi Casa Grill Cantina

Add some Mexican flavor to the holidays with a three-course Christmas Day meal at Mi Casa Grill Cantina at the Silverton casino. Choose between a house salad or pozole stew; a 14oz bone-in ribeye with cilantro potato puree and chorizo-corn elote saute; and churro cream puffs with caramelized banana-passion fruit custard. The meal is just $45 per person and available 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Mon Ami Gabi

Head to Paris Las Vegas, where Mon Ami Gabi has a special holiday menu (Dec. 24-25) by Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel, featuring Salad de Noel, roasted butternut squash cappuccino, petite filet and garlic shrimp with truffle pommes puree and Buche de Noel with a Rudolph the Reindeer gingerbread cookie. Holiday dishes can be ordered a la carte or as part of a complete dinner 4-10 p.m.

ONE Steakhouse

Executive Chef Patrick Munster is serving up a holiday prime rib dinner on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at ONE Steakhouse inside Virgin Hotels. The 20 oz. cut, seasoned with dijon mustard, Worcestershire and rosemary, is served with butter-braised marble potatoes, herb au jus and creamy horseradish for $74.

STK

STK at the Cosmopolitan is cooking up two specials this Christmas weekend (Dec. 24-26). A roasted prime rib with confit fingerling potatoes, green beans, port wine shallots and black truffle madeira sauce is $89. Roasted free-range turkey breast with confit turkey thighs, cornbread stuffing, maple sweet potato, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry orange chutney is $69 per person.

Veranda

Veranda at the Fours Seasons has a four course Christmas Day menu for $85 per person (with a $35 optional wine pairing). The meal consists of winter salad or roasted scallops; roasted corn chowder, slow-roasted turkey with sides or honey jack beef short rib with sides; and a Santa’s Trio dessert of Buche de Noel, Mont Blanc and Berry Verrine. In a nice touch, there’s also a $40 three-course menu for kids 5 and under: chicken noodle soup or salad, turkey plate or burger, and a brownie for dessert.
