The Daily Snack: Jaleo Offers Limited-Time Truffle Menu

Flown in from Spain, try black truffles, one of the world's most celebrated delicacies

Jaleo by José Andrés is hosting its annual Truffle Festival from Feb. 12-20 and is the only Jaleo in the U.S. to offer this experience in 2021. Flown in directly from Spain, these black truffles are fresh, fragrant and decadent. Jaleo’s master sommelier has hand-picked wines to complement the beautiful and complex flavors of special dishes made with these gems.


On the Truffle Menu

Setas salteadas, cremoso de patata, huevo, trufa negra
Sautéed mushrooms, potato puree, slow cooked egg, black truffle ($18) 

Canelones de cerdo gratinados con salsa de béchamel y trufa negra
“Canelones” stuffed with pork, foie gras and béchamel sauce and black truffle ($25) 

Helado de chocolate al punto de sal con trufas
Chocolate ice cream with sea salt and truffles ($15)


Add black truffles to any dish 5 grams ($20)
