Meet us at Sake in the Alley! Saturday, January 25th 5-8pm inside The Alley at Fergusons Downtown. Explore and drink unique tastings of craft Sake. From cocktails, neat pours, and surprise tastings from Japan... you'll discover and learn about Sake all night. We have tasted and curated our favorite bottles - just for you! You'll kick off the night with a local collaboration with a neighborhood mixologist and select bottle of Sake. Early Entry ticket gives you access to a Sake Blind Tasting, exclusive bottle tasting of Sake, complimentary tasting menu with Chef Dan Krohmer of Hatsumi, and a Taiko drum experience. Learn from Japanese distilleries and breweries, mixologist, and Sake experts. We’ll have Sake 101 educational classes all night long! Also, stop by our Japanese tasting room to drink ‘Friends of Sake’ like Japanese Beer, sparkling rice wine, Yuzu, and Japanese Whiskey! Great dinner options to purchase from favorite local Japanese food truck Matsuri, chill out to live music, and hang out with neighbors.
