Located near East Washington Avenue, Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort State Historic Park is a state park of Nevada containing the Old Mormon Fort, the first structure built by people of European heritage in what would become Las Vegas fifty years later.
Las Vegas Community Healing Garden is a garden made to honor the 58 unfortunate victims that we lost due to the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting. They planted 58 trees, and a remembrance wall for everyone to come and mourn for their loss.
Established in 2014, Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument has fossils from the Ice Age. They have many educational programs that help people learn more about the Ice Age and the animals that lived during that time through their fossils.
